Kathmandu. With Captain Binod Bhandari’s record-breaking century and Basir’s excellent batting, Tribhuvan Army Club has given a strong target of 280 runs to Karnali Province in the Prime Minister’s Cup One-Day National Tournament.
After losing the toss at the Trivi Cricket Ground, the Army, who were invited to bat first, scored 279 runs, losing 5 wickets in 50 overs. Army’s Binod Bhandari was not out for 100 runs off 132 balls with six fours and three sixes.

Binod completed his century by scoring two runs on the last ball. This is Binod Bhandari’s third century in Prime Minister’s Cup history. He became the first player to score three centuries in the Prime Minister’s Cup. After him, Dipendra Singh Airi of the Police scored two centuries in the same edition in 2022.
