Kathmandu. Nepal also won the second match of the four-nation series before the IC Women’s T-20 Asia region qualifiers. Today, Nepal defeated Kuwait by 34 runs in the match in Malaysia.

It was Indu Burma’s all-round performance that won over Nepal. She scored 23 runs in 19 balls with 2 fours in batting and took 3 wickets with 10 runs in 4 overs. After losing the toss and being invited to bat at the Biomass Cricket Oval, Nepal scored 89 runs, losing 8 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs.
 
When opener Pooja Mahato ducked out, another opener, Bindu Rawal, added 20 runs. Remembrance Khadka 1: experienced batsman Sita Ranamar scored 7 runs off 12 balls, and captain Ruveena Chhetri scored 5 runs off 11 balls and was caught out. Nepal defeated Hong Kong by six wickets in the first match of the series. In the four-nation series, Nepal is in the lead with two wins in two matches and four points. Nepal will play its last match against Malaysia on Friday.
